Working with Kimbra and her team was a great experience. The team is top notch in professionalism and a first class organization. Communications were strong throughout the process. They were able to get top dollar for my house - the staging, photos and descriptions on HAR.com were excellent, head and shoulders above the quality I have seen on other listings in HAR.com. They held an open house the 1st weekend that attraced many more buyers than I expected. Even something simple like the For Sale sign in front of the house stands out in quality against other signage. The team had a list of references for handymen, movers, etc. that also gave me great service. And Kimbra proved to be an excellent negotiator as well, both verbally and in her written communications, in the end we got more for my house than anyone expected. I highly recommend working with this organization.
